Sailed— Barque Lochnagar, this morning, for Tone on, with a cargo of wool, valued at &9.000. Penguin, for Lyttelton. When the bt earner Mawh»ra was wrecked at Westport last month, tbe Nautical Court suspended Captain Hill's oertilicate for three months. Subsequently, a petition was got up praying the Governor to restore the certificate, and the request has been acceded to.
The steamer Tui has been lifted < ff the bottom, with the exception of her fora foot. It is hoped to be able to tow her iuto shallow water to-morrow.
