THE EDEN TEBBACE ARSON CASE. AUCKLAND, August 19. Numerous signatures are being obtained, to a requisition to Mr Dargaville, M.H.R. for City West, expressing dissatisfaction with his attitude on. various questions, especially tbe Stark land purchase, and Btating that, as the subscribers have lost all confidence in him, he is requested to. resign his seat at once. ■ Clarke, charged with arson in connection with the recent fire at Eden terrace, appeared at the Police Court this morning, and was again remanded, bail being refused.
