It appears that in Ban Franoisoo the agents of the Pacific Kail Company nude an attempt to secure the malUfortheZaalandia, on the grounds that their aontract had not onded. Silled— Arawata, for Fiji. The Zealandia left at O.iO a.m. for Sydney, five hours after the Alam^da. H.M.S. Nelson arrived at Russell on Saturday Bight from -'yilney. to take in coal for the voyage, and is expected bore to-morrow. The Zealandia paid pilotage and other pott .charges, amouutmg to .Cso, under protest, the agents alleging thut she was still under the Ban Francisco mail contract.
