The Clerk to get all the information he can on the subject, and forward it to the representative for the Heathcote Eiding. — From same re poundkeeper. Left to the Chairman. — From Chief Surveyor, forwarding final certificate re Messrs Sharpe and Slater's survey, stating that the work was well done. Eeceived. — The Chairman was requested to see the Chief Surveyor re Sumner road. — From Eev Choluiondeley, asking that a person's rates should be remitted, as they were in needy circumstances. Deferred to next "Board day. — From Mr S. Prisk, offering to supply stone. Deferred. — From Drainage Board, re sand going into river. The Clerk stated that he had done something to prevent it for the future. — From Mr W. Senior, offering, on behalf of Mr Coster, a contribution towards the cost of forming and metalling road between E.S. 38 and 157. Tenders to be called for formation. — Mr C. Cuff waited on the Board iv reference to road between him and Mr Palmer. Decided to comply with his request. — The Clerk was instructed to write to the Police relative to damage done to Eadley bridge. — After passing accounts for .£Bl 17s, the meeting closed.
