Hart, Esq.— Sir,— I hays the honour to report for your informafcior. that the samplo of Imperial Schiedan Schnapps forwarded by you fco me has bee? submitted to a searching chemical analyiii and critical examination, the result of whiol enables me to state that it is the finest sampli of Schapps that has as yet oome under my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and n absolutely free from any trace of fusil oi other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, alway used instead of mal in fche production of thi choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is very smooth to fche palate and in thia respect com pares favourably with other samples offeree for sale.
