There is no news from Constantinople, further than up to Saturday. The Sultan has decided nothing regarding the deposition of the Khedive.
Amicable arrangements have been come to between France and England regarding the occupation of the Island of Matacon, on the west coast of Africa, by the French troops. The latter will be withdrawn.
