Tuesday, April 16. (Before H. AUwright, Esq.) Desertion.— D. Barclay, on remand from yeßterday, was charged with deserting from the Oity of Quebeo, and discharged from custody. Assisting Seamen to Dbsebt.— S. Tredenniok was charged with assisting tho man Barclay to desert from his ship, and fined £1. Dbunkennebs. — W. Loftua for this offence was fined ss.
Using Pbofanb Language. —Thomas Lafferty was lined 20a, and 2s costs, on this charge.
