[Reuteb's Tblegbams.] / MELBOURNE, Jan. 21. / The Artjus publishes the following particulars of the ultimatum sent to Oefcewayo: — " Surrender of tho culprits, who abduoted the Natal women ; a fioo of 600 cattle; the disbandment of tho Zulu army; a fair trial of the offendora ; tho return of missionaries to the country; and the appointment of resident oflicials." It is stated that Cetowayo has 50,000 men, and his influence extends to tho Bquator.
