ARRIVED. Dec. 24— Gazelle, s.s., McLellan, from Lyttelton in ballast. i Dec. 24 — Isabella Jackson, schooner, Watson, from Queen Charlotte's Sound, with 80,000 feet of timber, Belcher and Co. SAILED. Dec. 24 — Gazelle, s.s., McLellan, for Lyttetyon, with 122 bales wool, Birch and Co. Yesterday morning the schooner Rose of Eden was brought up into the town under jurymasts, it having beeu necessary to cut her masts away. She was floated off on Tuesday by the aid of tanks, &c, and will now require extensive repairs, remasting, &c. 83 bags damaged wheat, ex Dart, were sold yesterday by public auction, and fetched 1 8s per sack.
