[BY SUBMABENE TELEGUA.PH.] "Wkllingtoit, Nov. 13, 7 20 p.m. Colonel Wbitmore ha* fixed his head-quarters camp at Nukumaru ie the Waitotara district. Titokowaru in pushing forward in the same direction, and a fight to-day is considered almost inevitable. Numerous settlers, to within a very short distance of Wanganui, have left their houses for the protection of that town. All the Native Contingent have now come in. The Cavalry volunteers, I together with further portions of the , first and second-class militia, are leaving Wauganui for the frout. One hundred and nineteen additional men from Auckland have arrived. Napier telegrams state that 70 friendly Natives left by the .Ahuriri last night for Tuvangnnui. The St. Kilda has also gone thither, calling at "Wairoa for Morgan's natives. The town of Napier is patrolled at night.
