KAIAPOI.
Satjhdat, Sept. 19. (Before Geo. L. MtlHah, Ksq , R.M.) Lahckny.— Michael Clisliam was charged, on the information of Constable Judge, with having stolen a keg of butter, the property of George Kilgour. The offence being proved, I risoner was sentenced to six months' imprisonment with hard labour.
