BOWLS
The following team from the Te Puke Club will visit Rotorua next week to take part in a tournament:— H. E. Butcher, (skip) J. B. Westlake, J. C. Riddell and C. . Chester. The final of the Rotorua Bowling Tournament held last week was played off on Monday between the Wellington and Haitaitai teams and was won by the former to IG. The Auckland touring party, consisting of six rinks will arrive at Te Puke from Whakatane on Wednesday morning next. In view of the number of visitors ifcx is particularly requested' that every member of the local Club should make an effort to attend at the greens both in the morning and afternoon.
