A special concert in aid of the funds of the Auckland Benevolent Society will be held in the Town Hall on Thursday, August 17th at 8 p.m. A remarkably fine and most original programme has been prepared. A lecture on. "Creation and Evolution" will be delivered under the auspices of the H.P.B. Lodge, Theosophical Society, in the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall by Mr J. Zahara, on Sunday, August 13th, at 7 p.m.
