Having leased my farm near Bombay, and gone to reside in the Suburbs of Auckland, I will be able to give the requisite time to the business of the Board. In seeking your suffrage, I wish to state that I am doing bo entirely on my inalvldual merits, and shall, if elected, act independently in the administration of the Act, consistent with efficiency and economy.
