That the Directors be, and they are hereby authorised and empowered to acquire by purchase for 12,000 shares of Two Shillings each in this Company (upon each of which 12,000 shares the sum of One Penny per share shall be taken and deemed to be paid up), all and sincular the mining property situate at Waifci, known as the Golden Lure Special Claim; and for that purpose to enter into and execute on behalf of the Company all such agreements or contracts as may be requisite and necessary. And to use the Company's seal, and to sign, seal, execute, and deliver all such deeds and writings as shall, or may, appear to the said directors to be necessary and proper for effectuating and completing the said purchase, or the terms, objects, and purposes thereof, and for all or any of the purposes contemplated by this resolution, and for the same purposes . to transfer or allot the said shares to the owners of the said mining property, or as they may direct out of the shares held in reserve In the capital stock of the Company.
