The O M recommends jew-jar. .G/Ii says he is sore the Misses J put the last piece of gossip in the O ; but you are on the wrong track, G., Have another guess, and when you're pure you're right then is the time to tt 11 your friends...Miss B gave W B the cold shoulder rather quickly, and is now on -he look out for another.. Mlj was putting on plenty of side. One could knock it off with a' l stick. "Was it to attract the boys, M?.. A meeting was held in the schoolroom on -the' 14th inst., to try and erect a creamery, but it fell through in the usual Tarata manner. The most conspicuous men who moved in the j affair were Messrs R. Baxter, Lucas, and "W. Laure at, who did their best to promote the success of the undertaking ; but the presence of " sevexal would-be know-all's spoilt it.. The latest style of mashing in Tarata has been introduced by F 5? and A J, who blocked up the road with butter while spooning, to prevent interruption ; but G li, coming along unexpectedly, kicked a goal with it before they could call time... What made the Misses J chase. the two G's at the Eiamate dance ?... A J got the needle because F T danced the leap-year dance with ML, Serve you right, A.. G G had a good time at the Tikorangi dance. Did you get more than two" dances, CH?... Has AG done fluting about this dance cluas yet, or will it be left for the two. • G's to manage, as it usually is ?. .Mrs B J and Misses B and A J make splendid O Ms.
