The picnic held here the other week came off very we11... 1t takes JC to act the masher... T G has his ejeput out this time. E will have the laugh at you now, old boy. . J Q- did not seem to be in hi 3 usual happy state of mind. Was it because N was not there? . . What takes R M up the road ho much now ? Is it to see Miss V V You will be missed at church now, R, but, of course, you cannot be everywhere at once. .Where has K T got to these times? Am is it R's absence that caused J to look so quiet at the picnic the other day ? Never mind, J ; wait till the clouds roll by...JR has been doing it very sweetly down the road lately. Too bad of you, J, to cut H out like that. ..How about B M. taking the two young ladies to the Debating Society the-other evening ? It takes Bto put the Aw>tu boys in the shade. .The Mutual Improvement Class must be progressing, because the boys, oncoming out the other night, rallied forth to tin-can WB. The O M considers them very slow, leaving it as late as they dtd. Could they not muster up courage ?. .How nice R S and E W looked going out for a ride the other day. E says she has got the soft side of you this time, R. Take care, or the O M will cat you out.
