THE FOLLOWING VALUABLE PROPERTIES :— Ellerslie Gardens — The well-known and choicely laid-out grounds known as the Ellerslie Gardens, and containing about .20J acres rich volcanic land. The Gardens are in good order, and in every way adaptable for pleasure grounds, no money having been spared in the erection and mailing Summer-houses, Grandstands, Racecourses, Fountains, Grottos, Orchards, Flowerbeds, Paths, etc., etc. (at a cost to the owner of over ten thousand pounds sterling). The whole of the gardens will be ottered in one line, thereby affording a rare chance to capitalists, as apart from the use of the Gardens as pleasure grounds, the whole of the boundary of the property can be cut up and sold for building plots.
