GREENWOOD Hns received instructions from Robert Graham, Esq., to sell by auction on Saturday, the 7th January, 1882, ou the Grounds, Ellerslie, immediately after the arrival of the 2 p.m. train from Auckland. THE FOLLOWING VALUABLE PROPERTIES :— Ellerslie Gardens — The well-known and choicely laid-out grounds known as the Ellerslie Gardens, and containing about .20J acres rich volcanic land. The Gardens are in good order, and in every way adaptable for pleasure grounds, no money having been spared in the erection and mailing Summer-houses, Grandstands, Racecourses, Fountains, Grottos, Orchards, Flowerbeds, Paths, etc., etc. (at a cost to the owner of over ten thousand pounds sterling).
