— Mies Katey Isaacß has a pretty and seasonable dress of dark blue serge, trimmed, with very broad military braid, and tags, black velvet Tarn o' Shanter with gold band and black feather.
— Mrs Hudson Williamson wears a costume of heliotrope velvet, black velvet bonnet trimmed with pale pink.
— Miss Lilian Lawford. Walking costume of dark brown biege, with sleeveless bodice of black velvet, small round black hat with wing.
The other day we were amused at hearing a remark made by a little fouivyearold to his mother. The great and gorgeouslyapparelled Professor Swallow passed them, eclipsing Solomon in all his glory, and running the lilies very close. " Oh, mamma," said the little one, "look ! do look !
