The success attending the previous prize drawings lias induced the proprietor of the Observer to offer to all those who take a copy of this and the three ensuing numbers of the paper, a chance for a series of ten valuable prizes, varying in value from £5 to ss. A coupon will he published in each issue whick must be cut out, kept, and sent in when required.
