TE AROHA, Nov. 18

A fine of £2/10/-, together with costs amounting to £2/1/6, was imposed on Harold Logan, . a building contractor, of Otahuhu, by Mr. W. H. Freeman, S.M., in the Te Aroha Magistrate's Court yesterday, on .a charge of installing an electrical inductor and accessories at the Matamata District High School without being the holder of the necessary license. The proceedings were instituted by Percy Harold Gwynn,. registrar of electrical wiremen.
