PEACE NEAR.
BY NEGOTIATION. CONFERENCE AT MUNICH. Agreement On Principles. EARNEST DISCUSSIONS. FEARS OF WAR LIFTED. It was stated in a broadcast from Daventry to-day that the conference of Mr. Chamberlain, Signor Mussolini and M. Daladier with Herr Hitler at Munich ha? resulted in an agreement being reached and signed by the four Powers, which provides for a peaceful solution of the Sudeten question. A full statement of the agreement arrived, at and the terms of the settlement will be broadcast later to-day.
