EARTHQUAKE SHOCK.
OBSERVATORY REPORTS. 400 MILES DISTANT. [By Teiefrraph.—Press Association] WELLINGTON, Feb. 15. At 8.5 p.m. on Sunday an earthquako was reported by the Dominion Observatory distant about 400 miles from Wellington. It was not a very strong shock.
