CONTINENTAL EVENT. WIN FOR M. COWIE. The Thames Cycle Club's first Continental race this season, over 16 miles, was held on Saturday, and resulted:— M. Cowie (lmin.) 1, S. West cr.) 2, A. Jones (scr.) 3. Fastest time: S. West, 43min. 15sec.
