WILEY POST OUT. DAMAGE TO 'PLANE. (A. ana N.Z. Cable). OKLAHOMA CITY, Sept. 13. Wiley Post said to-day that his 'plane, the Winnie Mae, had been so badly damaged in his recent stratosphere test flight that he had been forced to abandon his plans to compete in the London to Melbourne air race.
