FOUND DROWNED.

LOCAL RESIDENT. A GIUM DISCOVERY. s A tragic discovery was made by a party of children playing at the foot of Richmond Street this morning, when the body of Mrs Fanny Coldicutt, aged 43, a daughter of .Mr i<\ Woods, of Upper Sealey .street, and a wellknown resident of Thames and Paeroa was discovered on the foreshore at 13.35 a.m. Deceased had been suffering from a nervous breakdown for some time past. She left her home at half-past nine this morning with the apparent intention of taking a walk. Less than two hours, later the sea surrendered its victim. Deceased has a married daughter living at Paeroa. An inquest will be held to-morrow.
