James Couden Kennedy, married, 'With four children, died at the hospital from injuries received by a fall from ■a moving tram. William Carlaw, aged 41, was .knocked down by a tram at Parnell, and is ■in the hospital in a serious condition. J. Stead, a resident of Otahuhu, is -in the hospital with a fractured skull, a broken arm and minor injuries -caused through a basket of coal falling on his head. Both men are reported to .be improving.
