BULGARIA’S POSITION, WARNING TO THE KING (A. and N.Z. Cable.) ; , (Received 11.10 a.m.) ! SOFIA, June 4. M. Stambulliski, rremi'er of Bulgaria, addressing the Peasants’ Congress, attacked the King and Bourgeois party. He said /hat the bourgeoise would be struck to the ground if I hey attempted to rule with the help of foreign powers and royalties. He likened Sofia to Sodom and Gomhorra, and warned King Boris that he should not rulo over them except with the consent of the peasants and people. He added that the working classes demanded democracy.
