A BREEZE.
INCIDENT AT COURT. There was a slight breeze between counsel (Mr Walton) and Mr Wav, who Avas conducting his OAvn case, in a dispute before Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M., yesterday. Mr Walton: The truth of the matter, your Worship, is that this man came to Ngatea and paid nobody. Mr Way: You are a liar. ' Mr Walton: I beg your pardon! The Magistrate: That will do now. Mr Way: You have no right to say that, Mr Walton. Mr Walton (to the Court) : I have judgements against him. Mr Way: Well, I beg your pardon, I am sorry.
