s A KING ELECTED. GENERAL CELEBRATIONS. (A: and N.Z. Cable.) (Received 9.45 a.m.) , CAIRO, August 20. The Press announces that the result of the Arabian referendum was the unanimous election .of Feisul as King. The'accession-will be celebrated at Bagdad on August 21 on a scale of magnificence' recalling the Arabian nights. Already, 300,000 have arrived to participate, and the hostile tribes are testifying their submission and loyalty.
