MOTOR CAR INSURANCE. DISCOVERY OF "STOLEN" CARS. (A. and N.Z. Cable). (Received 9 a.m.) OTTAWA, August 20. One hundred automobiles were found beneath the surface of the water in a deserted quarry, the owners having immersed them at various times for the purpose or collecting theft insurance.
