LABOUR EXTREMISTS.
ATTACKED BY PREMIER. (A. and N.Z. Cable.) (Received 11.10 a.m.) BRISBANE, August 22.* Mr. Theodore, Prime Minister of Queensland, vigorously attacked the Industrial Workers of the World organisation, which, he declared, was engineering strikes in the sugar fields. He called on the rank and file of the Labour movement to uphold industrial arbitration and political action, and to purge its ranks of direct actionists.
