AUCKLAND, Nov. 5. An extraordiriaay meeting- of shaiieholdea'a of the Sylvia Reefs Co-, was held to consider the dlirecibors' proposal thatfc the company go into vohm tary liquidlation. Tlie chairmaiii, Mr Kingswell, stated tihat the dii-eotors in maikingi the proposal had been influenced by the<inoreased cost of material, and the disappointing values of ore from the reaif in tihe upper level.
