LONDON;, August 29. Tho Bulgarian Ministry has published letters found on the- bodies of Greek soldiers. These give accounts of the massacre of Bulgarians. An extraob from one .says: "Wo burn all Bulgarian tvdllages and massacre all who fall into our hands. Indescribable scenes are occurring. We thrust out the eye® of five living Bulgarians. I ordered sixteen prisoners to bo conducted to headquarters. Only two arrived. The others were done -to "death." Tlio Turkish Government will shortly submit to the Powers and Bulgaria definite proposal* on the frontier question.
