MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE
CASE DISMISSED
AUCKLAND, August 30
After hearing the medical evidence Mr Fra/ver, S.M., dismissed the charge of 'manslaughter against llobert Mitchell, ex-license© y>f the Shamrock Hotel, arising out of the death of a boarder, Stimpson,. who it was. alleged had not received proper attention after falling downstairs in the hotel and .sustained injuries Avhich caused death.
The evidence showed- the injuries were such that death was inevitable.
