(Per United Press Association.) 1 IN:VE!RCAUGILL, May 13. Hlerbert James (Roberts, the. chief, steward on the Qp&wa', for smuggling twenty pairs of boots ashore at th- 3 Bluff and Port Chalmers, pleaded guilty, and was fined £30.
