Medical evidence was that the wound was in a dangerous part of the face, but fortunately the injury was not danger* ous. Sargood said accused had spoken of suicide and he had spoken in a friendly wayHo him and tried to get the morbid idea, out of his head. , J. F. Ewen said he* asked accused if Ke had killed Sargopd, and.he said: he hoped so, giving as a reason that he had insulted him in'-.the "afternoon in a way he could never forget. ?'
