Sir M. Davies has called a meeting of his creditors. It is understood that the unsecured liabilities consist mostly of unpaid calls to companies.
Mr Merry has issued a writ against Mr Shiels, claiming £10,000 damages for detention of documents in the caae of Merry v. Queen.
