NAPIER.-This day.

Thomas Kinner, an inmate of the Refuge, was foUud dead on his bed this morning. From the appearance of the corpse; deceased must have died while undressing, as he was sitting on the bed, in the act of taking off his coat. It is sup* posed that the cause of his death was from heart disease. He was aged fiftythree years.
