Goodness gracioas, do I erer thh.k? You bet, I think. Why, mas, I've got nine daughter*, sot oo« of 'cm married yet, and I'm forever thinking, thinking how to teed and clothe "em —especially clothe 'cm; thinking how to keep away undesirable suitors from 'em without discouraging defirable ones; how the bills are to be met for hats, feat hero, gloves, dresses, shoes. Have you got a family P M "No, but—" " Ha! 1 thought so. Let me tell yon, ;my friend, that when jon get a family as large as mine, you'll do some tall thinking, too. See that bald head of mine P" " Yes; but, my dear air, I——" " Well, that cornea from thinking. When you have a family as numerous aa mine your head will be aa bald as an ostrich's egg, and don't you for——" But the clerical-looking Man, with an expression of disgust on his facet bad arisen and was rapidly making his way to the othes end of the car.
