Mr Seymour addressed a crowded meeting last night. He favored Trienfaial Parliaments, Secular Education, and ;lhe other Liberal measures. He condemned the Gbvernment administration, 'and accused them of not carrying out Liberal measures, when they had an opportunity on the previous session. . ■ The election is expected to bo close, both sides claiming a majority. j
