Hamlin and Harris (Greyites), candidates for Franklyn, were well received, tyaliis stated that, though he had been favorable to the Bible in schools, the election, which took place in City West, two months ago, convinced hint,that it was the almost unanimous desire of his constituents to main* tain the present secular < system; and he would conform to that wish. - The City of New has arrited.
