The warrant was being written out at the same time., as . he, was ; writing out. a summons for a, cross - action against O'Brien. He wished the cases to be adjourned till to-morrow, when the two actions now ibefore the Court and the cross-action he had laid, could be heard at the same time. "j ' '
Mr Miller said he wduld agree to an adjournment. provided defendants undertook npt to go near; the plaintiffs works in the interval. *
Mr Dodd assented to this, and the case was .adjourned till < to«morrow, the defendants own recognisance oil £20 each bein^ accepted for their appearance. Court adjourned.
