Messrs Macdonald and Tyler for com* plainant; Mr Hesketh with Mr Meyers for defendants.
This case was resumed to-day at ten o'clock, when defendants commenced their defence.
Mr McDonald, Queen of Beauty share* holder, was all the morning in the witness box, and his cross-examination had not concluded when the Court arose at one o'clock. Our summary of the endence is crowded out. _-•",..•.
