General Carpenter To Visit Dominion (N.Z.P.A.) WELLINGTON. Sept. 27. Arrangements are now being made for General George Carpenter, supreme leader of the international Salvation Army, together with his wife, to tour

New Zealand next January. General Carpenter will conduct special meetings and 4 preside at conferences throughout the Dominion. This was revealed by Commissioner J. Evan Smith, territorial commander for the Army in New Zealand, who recently returned from a four months’ health trip abroad.
