Chairman To Visit Timaru (F.0.P.R.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 27.' The Lands Committee of the House completed to-day the hearing of submissions on a petition objecting to the transfer of a small portion 'of the Timaru Park to the Hospital Board for hospital extensions. It is understood that before its report is presented to the House, the chairman of the committee, Mr E. P. Meachen, intends to pay a visit to Timaru to view the pieces of park which the Hospital Board desires to have transferred.
