WORKERS’ HOUSES
Protest To Minister (N.Z.PA.) WESTPORT. Sept. 14. At a meeting of the Stockton Women's Labour Party it was resolved to send a message to the Hon. P. C Webb stating that the meeting viewed with alarm and strongly protested against the construction of dwelling houses for Downer and Co. employees seven miles up from Stockton at an altitude of 300 feet.
