OFFICIAL DENIAL
Finnish Peace Move LONDON, August 23. An official.denial has been published in Helsinki of tile alleged peace offer reported to have been submitted by M. Vuori. leader of the Finnish Trade Union Congress. M. Aman, secretary of the Swedish Trade Unions, who arranged the meeting in Stockholm between M. Vuori and Mr Arthur Deakin. acting secretary of the British Transport and General Workers' Union, who is visiting Sweden, said that neither M. Vuori nor Mr Deakin was entrusted with the task of opening up peace negotiations. Theii- meeting was purely of a personal nature. At the same time it is pointed out in Stockholm that M.
