RESOLUTION IN PURSUANCE of Section 5 of The Public Reserves, Domains and National Parks Act 1928, the Timaru Borough Council DOTH HEREBY RESOLVE that all that area of land in the Canterbury Land District now vested in the Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Timaru containing Twenty-four (24) Perches more or less being Reserve 4445 (formerly part Lot 4, Deposit Plan 1490) situated in the Borough of Timaru and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west by Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 1490, 251.6 links; towards the north-east by Lot 1, D.P. 3147 and Lot 165, D.P. 1. 60 links; towards the south-east by other part of Lot 4, D.P. 1490, 251.6 links; and towards the south-west by Latter Street, 60 links; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L and S 53727 b, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red, BE, and the said Council DOTH HEREBY DECLARE the said land to be a public reserve for municipal purposes within the meaning of the above mentioned Act.
