Saul Chaplin and Sam Cahn, having completed their song-writing chore for “Time Out for Rhythm” are now writing tunes to be used in that studio's “Betty Co-ed,” to be produced by Irving Briskin. Headline talent thus far signed for the new tuneful film includes Ruby Keeler, Harriet Hilliard, Ozzie Nelson and his Band. Edward Dmytryk will direct.
